Redesign - OCADU Tool Loan Program

This project analyzes and improves the Tool Loan service at OCAD University, aiming to create a more efficient, student-friendly system. The redesign includes streamlining the online booking process, improving access to tool availability, and integrating educational resources to help students use equipment safely and effectively. The project focuses on enhancing key service areas such as affordability, convenience, and flexibility while addressing common student challenges like limited workspace and tool storage. Through user research, blueprinting, and a refined service flow, this project proposes a structured, intuitive, and well-supported tool rental experience for students working on hands-on projects.
