Complex Silicone Mould - Ring

This project was a personal design where I created a custom ring as a gift for my wife, incorporating a blow dryer as the central element to reflect her profession as a hairdresser. I started by modeling the design in CAD and 3D printing the prototype to ensure accuracy and detail. To achieve a high-quality cast, I developed a multi-vented and multi-sprued silicone mould, allowing for precise replication without air bubbles. The final ring was cast in urethane resin, demonstrating the effectiveness of the moulding process while creating a meaningful, wearable piece.
